What we process
To produce a reconciled batch, UtiliBox processes the files you provide — your electric master invoice and rent roll — and metadata such as unit numbers, meter identifiers and charge amounts. We use this solely to generate your output and to operate and improve the service.
What we don't do
We do not sell your data. We do not share your files with third parties for their own use. Uploaded files are used to produce your reconciliation and are not published.
Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and processed on managed cloud infrastructure with access controls. We retain only what is needed to provide the service.
